My name is Maurizio (Mau) Russo.

People who know me call me Mau. I'm free lancer artist working from my studio (in Livorno/Tuscany/Italy). Although I always loved creating art.I got my official start in 2000 working as a freelancer whit a studio that did digital pic for colorig for Web sites. Since then,I have done a number of things including more ecomics (Mtj), Illustration work (erotic magazine), design to be printed on clothig,digital paintings and probably some other things I just don't remember!

At the moment (2003) I got contracts whit Edionweb (Pisa-Italy) and Mtj (Las Vegas-U.S.) and collaborations whit professional writers for proposal to Marvel and Image comics.
